Gatorade Donation Helps Neighbors Beat the Heat

Regulate. Hydrate. Rebuild.

Gatorade is known to have electrolytes which regulate nerve and muscle functions, hydrates

the body, and helps to rebuild damaged tissue. Mostly associated with athletes, Gatorade helps “win from within” as the slogan goes for the sport’s fuel company. But with our summer heat and temps over 100 degrees, we know the neighbors in our community could also use a little more hydration.

Gatorade donation

Which is why we were excited to receive the Feed the Hungry PepsiCo/Gatorade donation of over 41,000 pounds of Gatorade!

On July 28th, our Waste Not Operations Manager, Preston Partlow, picked up 28,000 bottles of Gatorade. On July 31st, our drivers delivered it to the following nonprofit partners of ours who were thrilled to receive the drinks for their clients.
